Rongcheng Xinxia Ship Repair Co., Ltd. is located in Longan Port, a national first-class open port at the eastern end of the Shandong Peninsula, close to the famous tourist attraction and the Maritime Silk Road-Chengshantou, and only 5 nautical miles away from the main international waterway. The factory covers an area of 80000 square meters, 100000 square meters of sea area and 20000 square meters of construction area.

The company was established on February 26, 2020, and is the second shipyard established by the Australian Shipping Group in China after Weihai Stonda Shipping Co., Ltd. At present, it has one 80000-ton dry ship (240*38 m), one 50000-ton dry dock (205*38 m) and four working docks.
